I had a great stay at the hotel with a clean room and a wonderful view of the Pontchartrain from the lower floors. The location was excellent, although there were hidden parking fees to be aware of. The staff was polite and friendly, making my overall experience positive. However, the dining experience had some issues with incorrect food items. The facilities were good overall.

Upon arrival at 5 pm, our room on the lower floors wasn't ready, but the front desk concierge kindly offered us a complimentary appetizer and drink for the wait. The room could use a new design as it gives off a low-budget vibe.
